Brokerage and Nature of the Service<\/h2>\nMY TOP TOUR<\/strong> operates as a travel agency and intermediary in the sale of tourism services and tickets to monuments, museums, and cultural attractions.\n\nMY TOP TOUR<\/strong> is not the official ticket office and does not represent the organizations that manage the monuments. The names, brands, and designations of the monuments are used solely for descriptive purposes. \n\nThe tickets offered are official and valid, purchased through authorized suppliers and channels, including intermediary, management, and customer service providers.\n\n<\/div>\n

Hiring capacity<\/h2>\nOnly adults with sufficient legal capacity may contract for services. Minors may browse the website, but they may not make purchases or provide information to place an order. \n\n<\/div>\n
\n

Hiring Process<\/h2>\nBefore completing the purchase, the user will have access to key information about the service, including price, date, time, cancellation policy, and access requirements.\n\nTo complete the reservation, the user must provide the required information and expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions.\n\nOnce payment is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email.
